Obituary

Tracy Marie Redner, 53, of Utica, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025, with her loving family by her side.

She was born on April 17, 1972, in Utica, a daughter of Patricia Louise Redner and the late Richard McGurk. Tracy loved her family dearly, especially her daughters, who were the center of her world. She had a big heart, a vibrant personality, and a sense of humor that could light up any room. She loved cooking, singing, and was well-known for her playful pranks and the occasional colorful language that always made those around her smile.

Tracy is survived by her mother, Patricia Louise Redner; her sister, Sueanne Redner;  her children, Nicole Redner, Veronica Bliss, Michelle Bliss, O’Dasha Watson, Diamond Harris, Naky Holmes, and Genesis Cotto; her cherished grandchildren, Jayceon, Zy’Mere, Giian, and Markel; and many close family members and friends who will miss her deeply.

A service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, at 12:00 p.m. at Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court St., Utica. Calling hour will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.
