print thisTheresa Chwalek, 82, of Utica, died on Friday, February 5, 2021, at the St. Luke’s Home.
She was born on February 14, 1939, in New Hartford, a daughter of the late Rudolph and Bertha Chwalek and graduated from UFA.
Theresa worked for many years delivering the Utica OD until 2019. She was always willing to help anyone and she will be deeply missed by her daughter Terri.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Jones of Utica.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the St. Luke’s Home for all the care given to Theresa.
Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court St., Utica.
