Ratna Bai Basrur, 91, passed away peacefully at the Sitrin Health Care Home on Friday July 28, at 2:30 PM.

She is survived by her duaghter Shobha Rao and her grandchildren Sumeet and Pratu, Sujeet and Angie, Anita and Vance Hagen and Nina & Rick Sidoti; daughter in law, Jyothi Seetharam and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Dr. Devdas Prabhu.

She was a loving soul who faced trials and tribulations with Equanimity and grace.

She will be missed by many relatives especially by her brother Sunder Nayak and her loving sister in law Kusum Nayak and her loving friends Dr. and Mrs. Jehangir Kotwal.

The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to Sitrin Healthcare for all of their care for Ratna.

There will be no calling hours. Services will be private.
