print thisRamona Del Orbe-Castro, 78, of Utica, NY and formerly of the Dominican Republic, passed on December 13, 2020.
She was born on September 24, 1942 in the Dominican Republic, the daughter of late Francisco Castro and Andrea Cordero. She is survived by her six children; 18 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren; extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her grandson Alex Del Orbe.
Ramona was a member of Historic Old St. John’s Catholic Church on Bleecker Street. She was a devout catholic, who loved the church as much as she loved her family.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to have known her.
The funeral will be on Friday, December 18, at 12:00 at Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Service, 13 Oxford Road, New Hartford, NY. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 prior to the funeral.
