Obituary

June Marie Green of Utica, died on Monday, October 6, 2019, at the Presbyterian Home.

She was born on September 29, 1940, in Norwich, NY, a daughter of the late James M. and Helen E. Corbin and graduated from Waterville High School. June married Lewis Green on July 25, 1964, in Utica. At one time, she was a food services worker for the Senior Food Network.

With her free time, she enjoyed working on puzzle books, playing bingo and scratching off lottery tickets.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lynch and her partner Debbie Nellenbach of New Hartford; grandchildren, David (Amber) Lynch, Jr., Jeannette “Nikii” Lynch (Damion Walton) and Samantha (Daniel) Klenotiz; great grandchildren, Gavin, Laurel, Jesse, Aubrey, Deanna, Christina, Jessie, Damion, Jr. and Jesalina; sister Virginia Miller; brother, Richard Corbin; sister in law, Irene Boots; special friend Rosemary Lineback; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Lewis Green.

The family would like to offer a thank you to all the staff on the Birch Unit at the Presbyterian
Home for all the care comfort given to June, and special thank you to Joshua, Brittany, Renee, Linda and Kayla.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 at the Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court at York Sts., Utica. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
