He was also the loving “Uncle James” to many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember his warmth, humor, and generosity. In addition to his parents, James was predeceased by his niece, Latisha Rogers.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 12, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court Street at York Street, Utica. A prayer service will be offered at 1:30 p.m., followed by interment in New Forest Cemetery.
