Dylan T. Perry, 19, of Utica, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Wynn Hospital.

He was born on September 26, 2007, in Redlands, California, the beloved son of Eric Perry and Mary Pellegrino. Dylan recently graduated from Sauquoit Valley High School and was working at Fastrac.

Dylan will be remembered for his easygoing personality and the simple things that brought him happiness. In his free time, he enjoyed playing games on his Xbox and was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to cheering on the San Francisco 49ers. He also enjoyed cooking, shopping trips with his mom, especially Costco. He also loved spending time with his best friends that he saw like brothers, Zack, Nick, and Logan. Dylan especially treasured the time he shared with the people closest to him. Dylan also loved spending time with his animals like his dog Boomer and their two family cats Art and Chucky. In the future he had hoped to study animal science due to his love for animals.

He is survived by his parents, Eric Perry and Mary Pellegrino; his sister, Kailie Perry; his grandparents, Cheyenne and Kathy Weaver; his uncles, Travis and Brandon Weaver; his aunts, Millicent Carlton and her husband, Mike, and Tiffany Stewart and her husband, Mike; as well as numerous cousins and extended family members. Dylan was predeceased by his sister, Faith Perry, and his grandparents, Michael and Iva Jean Pellegrino.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Deerfield and Frankfort EMS and the staff of the Wynn Hospital Emergency Department for the care, compassion, and support shown to Dylan and his family during this difficult time.

A celebration of Dylan’s life will be held at a later date, with the time and details to be announced.

Arrangements are with Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court St., Utica.
