She was born on September 15, 1955, a daughter of the late William and Evelyn Talbot. Barbara graduated from Cooperstown High School and obtained her LPN. Working for many years caring for her clients.
Barbara was very spiritual with full faith in her heart. She enjoyed giving to people who were in need.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharmon; granddaughters, Jade and Raven.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 13 Oxford Rd., New Hartford.
