Dear Grace and the entire Bonfiglio family,
We are so sorry it took us so long to send this note. I wanted it to express our thoughts of our dear friend accurately but I now don't think that is possible. Tom came into our lives over 33 years ago. His impact on our family is multigenerational. It was life changing and only in positive ways. There are no adequate qualifiers when we think of the exceptional man Tom was. He was intelligent, sensitive, wise, funny, supportive, kind and more. We always enjoyed his company and valued his advice. He always made us feel valuded and a part of his family. He had many roles in our family's lives. Supervisor, peer, mentor, and dear, dear friend. We can never fully express our gratitude for the blessing of having him in our lives. He will live in our hearts forever and we will miss him always. Thank you Tom for bringing Grace and your entire family into our lives.

My condolences to Tom, Angela, Tommy, Michael, Suzanne, Grace and Marybeth
Very Sadden to hear of the passing of Tom,
Tom was a great guy and Friend! When I first came to Utica back in the mid-eighties I met Tom and his family when I started taking Tae kwon Do at SUNY on Court Street. Very funny guy, we had many laughs I remember sparring with him and he would always punch me in the shoulders. In those early days I spend lots of time with the family in Clinton. I remember I came up to visit from Queens over the summer for Tae Kwon Do testing I stayed with Tom and helped him put up a basketball hoop on the lawn I just google and it is still there. The first time I ever fished was with Tom and the boys was in the Oriskany Creek under the bridge on college street.
Great times with “B” includes Trick or treating, New Year’s Eve parties, fishing and having a cold one after TKD workout.
Love you my Brother!

My sincere condolences to the Bonfiglio family and friends. I cannot begin to imagine what you must be going through during this most difficult time. May the words of our lord Jesus, record at John 2:28, 29, be a source of comfort for you. The time is fast approaching when 1 Corinthians 15: 20-28 will have its fulfillment, and death will be done away with forever. I am truly sorry for your loss. I look forward to the time when we will cry tears of joy as we welcome back our loved ones to life on a paradise earth.

Tom was a great mentor and co-worker. Had many opportunities to work with him throughout the years at NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, and Verizon. Tom was always someone you could talk to and get a straight answer. He will missed dearly. May he rest in peace.

With warm memories from our work at Verizon and remembering many post- Verizon humorous correspondence; my friendship with Tom is one I seriously cherish, particularly because of the great role model he conveyed in so many ways and levels of life. I thank our Lord that I knew Tom and am looking forward to chatting with him in the future when I see him again. Members of the Verizon "Data Integration Team" have also conveyed appreciation of Tom when I advised them of Tom's passing . With great regards and best wishes for blessings to his family and friends, Miles Bowman

Family and Friends of Tom Bonfiglio,
I am sure you know all the love that so many have for you and Tom at this time. Tom is a wonderful man and we will all miss him greatly.
I was one of Tom's fraternity brothers at DU at Clarkson. We recently spent some good times with Tom and Grace two years ago when we were dedicating the new Fraternity house at Clarkson. Tom showed so much spirit and love to all of us. We all knew the fight he was undertaking at the time. A wonderful man, loved by many and lived a great life. That's how I will remember my brother.

To: Tom, Angela, Grace, Mary Beth, Tommy, Michael and Suzanne

My condolences on the loss of your Son, Husband and Father. Tom is in a much better place and free of pain and discomfort. He is with Tommy and Chris having a cold beer and looking down on all of you.

You can all be proud of the man he was and how he was dedicated to all of you in his own unique way.

We reminisced about some family experiences we had about a month ago. We got a real kick out of on fishing experience on Hedges Lake involving Tom, Chris and myself. Chris cast out his line but it never hit the water but the line continued off the reel and we discovered Chris had the catch of the night a bat.

The New Year's Eve parties at the house in Clinton and the videos of Uncle Jack's underware. Michael's first film making experience...lol

Remember all the good times we had with him!

Tom,

You will be missed by all that knew you. When we met over over 30 years ago I knew that we would be life-long friends. Like brothers. Even though we only talked several times a year, as soon as we started talking it was like we had been talking the day before. We just had that relationship that we both valued immensely. You were and always will be in my thoughts and prayers.

RIP

Hey Tom,
Thank you. Thank you for your time among us.
I remember the first time you came to the house. It was like 'Oh wow, someone from a foreign country.... Long Island people... they're different, right?' Hah! But of course, you weren't different and you blended right in and we're the better for it.
Thank you for the nieces and nephews you guys give us. We are a richer family with them, and we'll take care of them all. And thank you for Grace and of course for your folks.
By the way and I can't help mentioning it, I imagine Tommy and Chris gave you a big welcome. I'm very sad to see you go Tom, but my memories of you are stronger than the pain and that's what I'll carry until we meet again.

Love,
Terry
