Obituary

Sandra S. Intino, 67, of Clinton, died on August 13, 2018, at her home.

She was born on September 26, 1950 in Utica, a daughter of Eunice Jones and the late Meredith Holland. Sandy graduated from UFA and continued her education at MVCC. At one time, she was married to Roger Joseph Tartaglia and later married John Intino in 1990 and he died in 2003. Sandy owned and operated the Hair Hut in Bridgewater for many years and she loved her clients and many of them became close friends.

Sandy volunteered at the Utica Zoo and had a great love for animals especially her dogs over the years. With her free time she enjoyed going to the casino.

She is survived by her mother, Eunice Smith of New Hartford; daughter, Hollie Tartaglia Burke of Sacramento, CA; daughter in law, Jenny Tartaglia and granddaughter, Hazel Tartaglia. She was predeceased by her son, Brandon Tartaglia.

The funeral will be on Thursday at 12:00 at the Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 13 Oxford Rd., New Hartford. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hour will be from 10:00 to 12:00 prior to the service.
