It is with great sadness that I hear of Roger’s passing. My deepest sympathy to you all. Although none of you know me, I am a first cousin on the Felske side of the family. My mother was Shirley Felske Sackett. I never really knew any of my cousins on the Felske side and such a loss that has turned out to be.

Roger was one of the kindest and wisest men I had the pleasure to meet. He was always smiling and gave the greatest hugs to everyone. He touched many lives and will be missed dearly.

Roger,

Thank you for all you gave me, personally. Besides Go Red Sox, Go Bruins, Go Celtics and Go Patriots, you were Go Tramp and Trail Hiling Club of Utica, 100%. Because of what you did, the Club is what it is today. Obviously, greatly appreciated. Love and respect to your memory and to you.

Roger was always willing to listen and engage in conversation with whoever he met. He would be ready to help you or find a way that you could get things done for you. I would look forward to our conversations when servicing his heating or air conditioning equipment, always a great smile and laugh.
Remember him at hockey games or seeing him out with friends but always taking time out to say hi.
Rest in peace my friend

So very sorry for your loss. We had the pleasure of knowing Roger for many years and enjoyed working with him. He was a salesman that would always show up to show his products and engaged in great conversations. He will be so very missed.

William Blake once wrote, "Great things are done when men and mountains meet." As Roger's legacy and his family and friends live on, his greatness--and the mountains he met--will continue.

Our deepest condolences to the families and friends in these challenging days.

We knew Roger through the Tramp and Trail Club. Roger was truly a nice guy.
Always had a big smile and a friendly hello. Everyone enjoyed his company.
He will be missed.
