I attended UFA with Robert. He was a great classmate and we both had a similar interest in radio and television during that period. It did not surprise me that he went on doing good things he enjoyed in that field. Robert was a good human being. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Hajec Family,
Rosa and I want to express our deepest sympathy for your loss. The brief time I new Bob, he treated me like a long time friend. I will miss him very much. For comfort during this time I encourage you to turn to the Bible, and receive the warm comfort our heavenly Father, Jehovah gives. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 reads; "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."
There you will learn of the promises of being reunited with your loved one. I know I look forward to sharing in the many blessings under Kingdom Rule with Bob.
Sincerely,
Dave & Rosa Howard

I was truly saddened to hear the passing of Bob Hajec today. He was a smart, brilliant technician in the broadcast industry as well as a good friend that will be missed. I still feel he was the best boss I ever had in my broadcast career. Mild mannered, pleasant personality, easy going. I remember the days in engineering when a TV translator would go down in the winter time. We would get the company snowmobile on to the trailer, hitch up the trailer, load up the truck with equipment and drive many miles to the translator site. It may of been Lowville, Watertown, and even Ogdensdburg. As a Master Control operator I couldn't ask you a better boss. Condolences go out to Mr. Bob Hajec family, to his wife Helen and Bobs two sons. Bob you were a great guy. May you Rest in Peace.

Bob was such a great guy, he always seemed so calm and willing to help. He was a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor. I work in Syracuse and He and I would share resources and information from time to time on different projects. He was a great engineer, and no doubt an amazing asset to the Utica broadcast market. He will be missed.

Dear family and friends --
My deepest condolences on the passing of Bob. I remember fondly our family visits with Uncle John, Aunt Joan, Bob, Ron & Paul. Our parents (Tom & Helen) always made family visits a priority each summer and we would visit as many aunts, uncles and cousins as we could see during the week. Many good memories of a lot of talking, laughter, cookouts and family time shared... I am sure there is a lovely family reunion happening in heaven. May your memories of years gone by bring each of you comfort now and may cousin Bob rest in eternal peace.
Love, Barbara (Hajec) Hepler
