Condolences

I have many fond memories of Bob who led our Cymanfaoedd in Albany for many years with Jeanne as his accompanist. Heddwch i'w lwch.

Growing up next door was just the best. Mr. Jones taught me how to be a good neighbor ( no make that a great neighbor ). It was the 1960’s and snowblowers were becoming very popular among middle class families. My dad was in no hurry to get one since he had two teenage sons for that. Well being a teenager my allowance was earned by shoveling our driveway. Well Mr. Jones was the first to get one and he loved using it. After cleaning his driveway he would do Mrs.. Brownell’s then the Nelbach’s and then ours. So here comes our neighbor with a broad smile and his snowblower to clean out our driveway. I HAVE NEVER FORGOT THAT. To this day I try to do the same and will honor his memory that way.
