My sincere condolences to Mr. Williams Family and many Friends.

A wonderful man, smart,family oriented add a decades long dedication to USC's students,faculty and staff . He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

To the entire Williams family,
I am sorry to hear about Philip's passing away. I respected that he was President of Utica School of Commerce and thought he was a nice, positive guy at the college while I was there. May Mr. Williams rest in peace.

If you look up the word “kind” in the dictionary, you’d find a picture of Mr. Williams there. “Dad” and “Mom” Williams always opened their home to so many of us when we were teenagers. Always felt like a second home where we could go and hang out and feel safe and welcome.

Sending deepest condolences to Mom, Scott, Kathy and Megan ( and spouses and children of course). When someone had such a big heart like Mr. Williams did, the loss can seem unbearable. But also let it serve as a reminder of how loved he was and how much he loved.

I am so sorry to read about Phil's passing. Phil was a boss, mentor, coach and dear friend to me. Phil and Diana welcomed me to the USC family with open arms. I enjoyed my years with the USC family. I will always remember Phil and treasure our time together. My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family. May God Bless each of you and hold Phil in the palm of his hand.
