Condolences

Dear Barbara and Paul and family,

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your Dad.

Your Dad was amazing and brilliant. There weren't many at MVCC like him. He stood out, he was sound and definite about everything he said and most of all, he was always right. I was blessed to have known him as my Boss and Department Head of Chemistry. He was a great teacher, and the students who had him appreciated his knowledge and direction. I was fortunate enough to learn from him as well, not only about the skills of teaching Chemistry but the things that were not good that would take the teacher away from the student. He predicted that one day, there would be less classroom teaching and less need for teachers. Unfortunately, we are seeing the results of it. He was a thinker and always ahead of the game.

He was dedicated to his profession and to helping others. He enjoyed life and he loved his family. He always spoke of his children and grand children with that great smile of his. He loved to dance and was great at it.

He will be missed. He was one of the most intelligent people I have ever know. There aren't many of them any more.

Rest in peace Paul.
