Condolences

I would like to share with you, Merlyn's family, the great difference that she made in the life of my aunt, Stella Morse, who lived with your mom at the Presbyterian Residential Community. When my Aunt Stella first moved to the PRC a little over a year ago, Merlyn came to my aunt's room to welcome her with a gift of a beautiful purple afghan that she had crocheted. Purple is one of my aunt's favorite colors! I can't tell you what a difference that kind gesture made on what was a difficult day!

Merlyn gave my aunt the affectionate name of "Stella Bella". She would check in on my aunt almost every day, sharing her newspaper and having a little "chit chat". Your mom was always so kind, considerate and upbeat. She had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed my visits with her and will definitely miss her greatly.
