We were so very sorry to hear of Kenny’s passing. He was a wonderful father, husband, grandfather , friend and CRNA. Marc had the privilege of working with him for many years at St.Lukes Labor and Delivery. He was the only one I wanted for Anesthesia when I was a patient. We spent some wonderful times with both of you at the lake, times we will treasure.
May he Rest In Peace and we send our deepest sympathies to all of you.

Chuck and I extend our deepest sympathy to all of you. Ken was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed, but the lessons he taught and the love he gave will live on in each of you and your families. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you in the coming weeks and take comfort knowing that Ken is home in heaven in the arms of a loving God.

I remember Mr. Cuda from many years ago. My mom, Mary Doser, worked at St. Luke’s Hospital with him. She spoke very highly of him.
My sincere sympathy to his family.
