Mary Lourdes and Sheila-

I am sorry to see news of your Mom's passing. We always found time to chat through the years whenever we would see each other at church. Sorry to say we lost touch recently. I hope that she did not suffer. She was such a beautiful lady and an original Finnegan "Irish" cousin. I will miss her sweet smile and Irish accent.
Chip and I have you in our thoughts and prayers.

Mary, Shelia, Delia, Eileen – I am so very sorry to hear of Kathleen’s passing. Kathleen was, and always will be “Mrs. D” to me. Despite her passing, Mrs. D. lives on in my treasured memories of life on Janet Terrace. She was a great lady, Irish-strong with enviable composure, stamina, a great wit, and a lovely brogue - someone who will be truly missed and always remembered. Mrs. D was a great friend to my Mom Gladys, and a wonderful neighbor who always looked out for my aging parents. It seems like just yesterday she and Gladys would “shoot the breeze” between lawn-mowing, flower-planting and hedge-trimming. Growing up I’d often see Kathleen with a racquet in hand heading to the high school tennis courts, power-walking with friends, discussing the year’s harvest and gardening strategies with my Dad Walt, then single-handedly gathering and disposing of more yard clippings than was possible by 5 sturdy men in a landscaping truck. Mrs, D’s energy was palpable and she was undeniably amazing. Those were great times and they passed much too quickly. I have to believe that those days, so sweet, simple and neighborly are not just treasured memories but they continue on in a beautiful place, on the other side, where one can garden, play tennis, landscape and chat and bake cookies for good friends and neighbors with complete joy. Mrs. D. – I will miss you, but I know you are still here, strong in spirit and now with friends and family on the other side . I will undoubtedly see you again. God bless you Mrs. D and thank you for the wonderful memories. Hugs to you Mary and Sheila. With love always, your friend Sherri (Kudrewicz) Naughton.
