Condolences

I just learned of Mr. Adams' passing. He was SUCH an amazing teacher to us at HPCS. I went on to become a music educator myself - because of his teaching and helping me nurture my skills - and because I wanted to have an awesome career just like Mr. Adams. He inspired me when I went to the band room at lunch time and heard him practicing his clarinet! He was SOOOO talented! He also helped guide my family and me as I neared graduation - helping my parents be prepared for my future education and career, helped us find a private teacher to help me grow my performance skills, and let us know that I should begin piano lessons (GREAT advice!). I have sent him Christmas cards over the years, just so I could show him how I was working to nurture that dream that he helped instill in me. I have been Blessed with years of teaching students and look forward to still more ahead. I hope he knew how thankful I was for him and his great teaching.
