To the Madden family:
My condolences on the loss of your mother. I remember her as being very happy raising her large family. She didn't get upset about all the neighborhood kids coming to your backyard to play- especially we Hamlin's, who would come right through the trees in our adjacent back yards to play. She had the patience of a Saint!
Know that you are all in my thoughts at this difficult time.

Joan Madden (Aunt Joan to me!!) was a joy to be around. She had a wonderful sense of humor, positive energy, and a very generous spirit. She will be missed, and she will also always be in my heart. Our family was very lucky to have her in our lives.

So glad we got to talk just a couple days ago. Will miss you forever. Rest in Peace wonderful lady.
