Alison and family: So sad to hear about Jack’s passing. I truly enjoyed the many years working with him through the many bank changes in commercial loans. He was the bright spot in my day. May your memories of him help you mend. RIP dear Jack.

Thoughts and condolences to friends and loved ones of Jack. I have warmest memories of Jack during high school and had a wonderful visit with him at our 50th H.S. reunion. Jack was always caring, compassionate, kind and as I recall had a good sense of humor. I hope his last days were peaceful and may his memory be a blessing.

I’m very sorry to learn of Jack’s passing. He and my late Dad, Bob Kempf, worked together at Oneida National Bank in New Hartford. Jack was a favorite of Dad’s and he greatly enjoyed working with him. The mention of the crazy faces and jokes made me smile because that was like my father too. Oh, the funny “bank” stories he’d share at the dinner table! I’ll bet those two had a lot of laughs together over the years. When Dad passed in 1996, Jack came to the service which meant so much to our family. I hope you find comfort in your memories. He was a wonderful person.

I'm so sorry for the loss of Jack. I remember him when we worked together for the auditors at Oneida National Bank. I was secretary to Ed DeSantis and Joe Yagey. He was always cheerful, happy and kind. I never knew he was the dad of my student! The love of a parent and child, that tie, never dies, be comforted in my experience of receiving signs after you are not grieving as hard. Netflix has an excellent series: Surviving Death which I highly recommend, especially episodes 1 and 4. I wish it had come out years ago. It's very comforting and affirming.
