Condolences

I met Irene many years ago when she started coming to Dr. Ucci's office in Oneonta, NY. We immediately bonded with our mutual love of alternative medicine. Irene was one special lady, kind and compassionate, and I always looked forward to seeing her. Over the past few years she kept encouraging me to try reflexology. I finally had that therapy done recently and it was heavenly. Now every time I have reflexology I will lovingly think of Irene. My condolences to Joann and family.

Irene was one of the most loyal alumni of St: E’S. She was a great nurse and teacher. A wonderful friend and was always there to help anyone. She and I had some wonderful times discussing nursing.
She will be missed.

Joann, I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I hope you find strength in knowing her deep faith in God. She was a strong, caring person.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a great lady. We were St. E's classmates and friends for many years and she was one of my bridesmaids at my wedding. I will miss her occasional phone calls to catch up.

I took a massage therapy class @ MVCC - Irene was my instructor and that's how we met many years ago. I ended up becoming a massage therapy customer of hers and she imparted much of her wisdom to me as well; she was well read. I remained as her patient right up until the end and visited her in the nursing home. As it turns out, I had some of her grandchildren in school! I was sad that she was moving and I missed her. I send prayers to her family as she was a fantastic lady, very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Irene was my mother's younger cousin. Irene told me my mother becoming a nurse is what inspired her to do so. We went to her classes on Holistic Healing and I was a patient with foot reflexology. She taught us so many valuable, important lessons. A loving person who truly cared for her patients. I'll never forget her.
