Obituary

Floyd M. Carpenter, 61, of Utica died January 3, 2019 at his home.

He was born August 8, 1957 in Tucson, AZ. He graduated from Norwich High School and served in the US Marines.

Floyd is survived by his Fiancée Christine Macri and her children Michael Williams and Kristi and grandchildren Sophia, Benjamin and Luke; his daughters Heather and Andrea Carpenter, his sister Sandra (Eddy) Baxter of S. Plymouth, NY, his brother William Carpenter of Newark, NY, his aunt and uncle Louie and Betty Sommers of S. Plymouth, NY, three nephews William, Todd and Brian Baxter, a special niece Christy, Tom and children. He also leaves special friends Hank, Tony, Tom and Sharry Coonrod.

Calling hours are Monday from 4-6 PM at Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court @ York Streets, Utica. A service will follow with Military Honors.
