Condolences

We are truly sorry for the loss of Ferhun. He and his family were a great support to our daughter Kumsal, in her very difficult days. When she was only 15 years old, alone and in a difficult situation, in a country she lived alone. Ferhun and his family were her second parents and surrounded her with love. He was always in our memories and no need to say he was one of the kind hearted people we ever met. Though we haven't seen him for years, we will definitely miss him. THANK you Ferhun for all you did for our daughter Kumsal. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

Ferhun Soykan was such an interesting person in part because of his amazing life experiences, but also because he was so interested in people, places and ideas. When talking with him, you felt like he was truly listening and eager to hear about you and your life.
