Condolences

How fondly I remember the years when Dale and I had daily lunch together at First Presbyterian Church where she taught in the Nursery School and I was the organist. We always had something to talk about, and Dale always had a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye. She watched with amusement as I carefully folded my brown paper lunch bag and put it in my pocket to use the next day. Finally she took pity on me and presented me with a whole package of new brown paper lunch bags! After her retirement, it would be like old times when we greeted each other at one church or another. Dale was a great teacher and a wonderful person; the kids knew it and those of us who saw her interact with them knew it. My life was enriched for having known her! She will live on through all whose lives that she touched!
