Dale Elnora Adams passed peacefully in the presence of loved ones at her home in Deerfield on the morning of February 3, 2021.

She was born in Rochester, NY to Mahlon and Vivian Webster. She worked diligently to earn her Bachelor's Degree at Fredonia State College, pursuing her talents in music by majoring in Flute from 1955 to 1959. Her time spent at Fredonia led to meeting “The One”, as she would later call him, Jack Adams, who she went on to enjoy 61 long years with and with whom she shared a beautifully unbreakable bond. Shortly after completing her schooling she began her teaching career at Gardner Elementary School until after the birth of her two sons. She then dedicated her next twenty years to the children at the First Presbyterian Sunday School where she was a nurturing and attentive teacher. Dale was known for her artistic talents and as a passionate, fierce protector of animals and nature. Her love for her cats was especially unparalleled. She won multiple awards for her artwork and always insisted on gifting her paintings to her beloved family and friends. She had a strong affinity for writing and her vocabulary alone would leave you with a sense of awe and inspiration. Dale was a kind and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, teacher and grandmother and her presence has left a lasting and vivid impression on all who have been fortunate enough to have met her. Her incredibly unique sense of humor remains unrivalled. Dale is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Jack Adams as well as her oldest son, Jefferey Adams, and six wonderful grandchildren. She was met at the gates by her parents and her youngest son, Darryl, who passed on early this winter.

The family would like to thank the Westminster Moriah Olivet Presbyterian Church for all that they have done to help during this time. They would also like to thank family and friends for their kind words, support and condolences.

A prayer service will be held on Monday, February 8th at 6p.m with calling hours starting at 4p.m, at Friedel Williams and Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Service, 13 Oxford Rd., New Hartford, N.Y.
