To the family and friends of Brother Barber:

My heart goes out to all of you as you navigate this temporary goodbye. While Brother Barber was known by many for his vibrant energy and his many talents—from his music to his skilled hands—it was his deep-seated love for Jehovah and his family that truly defined him. It was heartwarming to read about how he used his trade to literally help build up our places of worship, leaving a quiet legacy in the very halls where we gather.

In moments of such profound loss, we can gain comfort from the promise found at Isaiah 25:8, where Jehovah assures us that He will actually swallow up death forever and wipe away the tears from all faces. It is a beautiful thought to imagine Brother Barber waking up in a world where he can enjoy the outdoors, his music, and his family without the limitations we face today.

Until that day, may you find comfort in the words of 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4, knowing that the Father of tender mercies is right there to comfort you in all your trials. We look forward with you to the time when your grief will be replaced by the joy of a reunion that will never end. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

With warm Christian love,

Kevin Guillory, Jr.
